$20/Hr Random projects, mostly manual labor

I'm looking for someone to help with a few projects around my house and another location I just purchased. It will mostly be physical work and you will be working side by side with me most of the time, no worries if you are not an expert. So I basically need an extra set of hands a few days per week (or more if you are available) Here are some things I have lined up: Deck sanding and repainting: - Prepare and Sand my backyard deck - Some light construction (Replacing warped boards for example) - Painting or Staining Shed Interior Remodel: I have a 20' x 20' storage shed in my backyard that I want to clean up and make into a simple living room - Demolition (Tear our old cabinets, old drywall etc..) - Replace some old windows - New Drywall - Painting - Laminate Flooring Landscaping: At both my house and 2nd location - Cut grass - Hedges - Basic landscaping stuff Install new fence: - Install wood fence - Drill post holes - Set posts - Etc.. + More (Similar type of work) I have all the tools, so don't worry about that. As long as you don't mind getting your hands a little dirty, don't mind some physical work, are interested in learning something new or getting more practice with a few skills, and follow basic rules about working safely, then let me know. I probably will have enough work for the next 4 to 6 months & I'll probably have other ongoing things after that. I also have a small CNC metal machining business that I might need help with as well with prep work (Band saw cutting, Deburring) as I'm pretty busy over there as well. I could more than likely give you a decent amount of work in my shop, I can show you a lot about metal machining if you want to learn. If your English isn't perfect, that's ok, I can probably figure it out. The location will be back and forth between Concord and Kannapolis, if you don't have transportation, I might be able to pick you up if it's not far.
