Job Description: Chenal Restoration is seeking a Project Manager with a proven record of success in the restoration and construction industry. The right individual will possess subcontractor management skills and a high level of customer service. Responsibility: Plan, Coordinate and Manage construction projects. Write estimates in Xactimate Manage multiple projects. Ensure projects are completed with the project guidelines and applicable regulations. Organize manpower requirements to exclude projects per scope of work. Manage, Track and Report projects cost to ensure overall project profitability. Always maintain safety standards. Assisting customers through the insurance claims process. Inspection of job sites on a regular basis. Complete all construction jobs efficiently.
