Compensation: DOE DUTIES PERFORMED: • Will set up and adjust the following equipment: Rails on entire line, labeler, heat tunnel, bottle blower, capper and shrink band machine • Will monitor line to make sure equipment is working properly • Will keep line supplied with caps, and bottles. Keep labeler filled with labels • Will double check pallet count, and pallet label • Will keep area clean and organized • Will help out in different areas, or clean when line is down or slow • Will have bottles put on a cart when a machine is down so machine operator does not have to shut down machine • Will follow all FDA-GMP regulations, plant safety rules, and plant policies *Must be able to lift 50 lbs. RESPONSIBILITIES: • The individual (s) is responsible for completing all of the above duties as required within the required time frame • The individual (s) must follow all SOP’s GMP’s Safety Rules and other State and Federal Health Guidelines as required by Vita Blend • It is the responsibility of the individuals to communicate with his or her supervisor when and as necessary to complete their jobs as required.
