While Assembly Members and the Governor rattled off the Intent of Providing Citizens of the State Relief from Exorbitant Gasoline Price Hikes, the Pews of Legislature seem to have fell Silent though Price Still Rise. And just like the Silver Bullets of the Golden State Stimulus, They seem to have missed the Most Needy of Our Communities. The Homeless. Despite what One might think, the Homeless are effected by the Crisis of Inflation, both Food and Gasoline, only more so. We Have a Worthless Criminal Element Running the State Capitol in Sacramento. And, All of Our Citizens are Suffering for it. The Gathering and "Offing" of the Homeless under the guise of Mental Health, these People would not be So Desperate had they Source of Income and Opportunity. This Town, and Every Town across America, doesn't need Low Income Housing. They Need "No-Income Housing". They need a fighting Chance against the Capitalism that has become too efficient for "Normal" to compete. There is no mathematical way that they will ever recover with the current State of Mis- Management by the State and the City of Sacramento, in criminalizing the Homelessness and Charging DMV Registration Fees & Parking Violation upon People who could never come close to making a Poverty Level Wage or Conscionably be Taxed. The Homeless are in a State of Economic War never so present as now. Just like the Refugees of the Ukraine, they have had their Lives Destroyed by Forces that they could not control. Their World's have been destroyed just as those who flee Kiev, except their War has been Silently Killing Them for Decades as we watched their Bodies and Tents line Our Streets, only to fade away in some unseen Institute of Poverty's Mass Grave. Call it Elder Abuse, or the Abuse of Humanity, the State and the City are Guilty of This Negligence. Shameful Bastards Taking the Monies of Urban Expansion and Permit Fees, Build New More Expensive Housing that compound the Currencies of Inflation, Only to serve as a Gateway, Putting More People on the Streets. As other Rents, Shall Surely Rise. City of Sacramento Spent $15 Million to House 48 People in 24 Units. Really? You Stupid Bastards could have given every Homeless Person $5000 Dollars in Cash, and It would have Stimulated the Local Economy as It Passed through the Hands of All of Our Local Businesses, no matter what they spent it on. Gone are the Days of being able to Prop up your Friends 501c or NGO that Eats all of the Funds Intended Benefit to those who never receive it. And, It is Time that You Reign In Your Helpful Busy-Bodies that Harangue and Harass the Homeless because they must Park on the Streets without option while in Tent, RV, or Trailer. People who Engage in Such Activities should be Locked in Stockade for Having the Time, Money, and Effort to Engage in and Make the Lives of Those who already live in a 24 Hour a Day Misery, More Miserable. With Gas at $6 a Gallon, the Homeless Suffer far more than twice what You Suffer. With 50% Increases in Food Prices, make the Homeless Suffer twice that You Suffer. Then You Allow the Police to Steal the Cars, Housing, Tent, Trailers, RV's and Possessions that helped them try to solve their own problems, and Be the People You demanded as a Society. When You Stop Knocking People to the Ground, One Day, They May Be able to Stand on Their Own. If You have that kind of Time to further Inflict Punishment upon the Punished, You Are One Sad Statement for the Community and Our Current State of Humanity. Signed ~ Tracy Mapes
