Looking for a Experience Maintenance tech for a community in Baltimore Area. maintenance tech needs to have his own tool and vehicle. Property Management company looking for a Full time Maintenance Technician for an Apartment complex in the Baltimore Area. experience needed. looking To Start ASAP. •Makes structural repairs to screen doors, cabinets, walls, and floors. •Make electrical repairs such as light switches and receptacles. •Replace and repairs plumbing fixtures, sinks, faucets, ranges, etc. •Unclog sinks, tubs, sewer lines, and commodes. •Repairs and replaces drain pipes. •Replaces broken windows and doors if needed. •Patches walls and ceiling as necessary. •Paints all vacant and occupied apartments. •Repairs vacant apartments for occupancy. •Completes general repairs to occupied units. •On rotating schedule, acts as on-call responder to after-hours maintenance requests as directed. •Valid Driver’s License is required •Be available to be On-Call on assigned weekends •Performs other related duties as assigned.
