Description

The ideal candidate for this position has a working knowledge and skills of deep cleaning techniques for residential units. The units to be cleaned vary in scope of work from light to extremely heavy and could include hard floor cleaning/polishing/rehab. Experience is preferred but not necessary. The ability to adjust to the workload is required. Hours are flexible as work orders are issued. This is a contract-based position and can yield variable hours per week. Work hours are generally kept between 7am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. A positive attitude is required. Near perfect attendance is expected. This is a fast-paced work environment that needs someone who has a deep dedication to what they produce and takes extreme pride in their work.
