We need 1 experienced maintenance guy and also a very good cleaning person to get houses ready for move-in and for new tenants. The cleaning includes kitchens and bathrooms after a tenant moves out and cleaning kitchen and bathroom floors *(truck mounted carpet cleaning equipment) if you have your own truck mount carpet cleaning equipment I will have a lot of work for you. *hourly and per job). I can rent a box truck or trailer for junk removal and hauling if needed but if you have your own truck, that's a bonus. You'll get paid extra if you have a handyman license valid for Las Vegas, Clark county. We also need a guy for experienced handyman work. Property maintenance tasks are also required.
