Description

We are looking for a Janitor/ Lite Maintenance Person to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and lite maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities: Clean building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc) as directed Perform lite maintenance as directed Document cleaning and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with staff and residents Must be very organized Follow all health and safety regulations Skills: Proven working experience as a janitor/maintenance person Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently Must be very organized Must provide own hand tools/rolling bag High school degree
