Need van removed

I have a 1999 Chevy Venture Van with flat tires and no title or registration. It's been in my garage for 13 years. I don't want money for it. I just want it out of the garage. I tried a couple of places that advertised they would take vehicles without titles but then they said they needed the title. Since I don't have any paperwork at all for it, I don't know how to get rid of it.
