Seeking Tree Climber- I manage 10 properties that are always in need of tree trimming and tree removal. Properties are in Woodbury, St Paul and Inver Grove Hts. Looking to build a relationship for many years.
The two big projects I have as of right now: 1) removing 20-30 dying ash trees at one property 2) Removing 15 live cottonwood trees (average diameter is around 12-18") at another property
Best part of this gig is that I deal with all the wood and I can also help with the roping. You just climb and fell them and I will make sure the debris gets dragged out of the way.
When you respond:
1) What is your background climbing and trimming trees
2) Hourly Rate. Please share your target hourly rate with me. For the first couple jobs, we can do it as a bid if you prefer, but going forward, once we are comfortable with the relationship, ideally we can just go to hourly so every job doesn't have to be some big negotiation and you can just earn what you are hoping to earn.
3) Do you have insurance to protect your person? Property is less important to me, but I want to ensure you are covered in the event of an accident.
