I have a very sweet and independent Box Turtle I am looking to rehome. He needs someone who is experienced with Box Turtles or even has one+ He would probably love a friend. (Preferably not to go to a child) He needs someone who will take extremely good care of him because when I inherited him and he was not in great health and I have been working really hard to give him the life he deserves. He is so much happier now and deserves all the continued love. He will come with all of his things. (He lives in a '50 gallon rubbermaid trough' open top with coconut husk soil and plants, he has a uv light and heating lamp, spray bottle to keep his enclosure moist, a log that he likes to go under and his water dish although he might like something a bit deeper, maybe something he could swim in) A few things about him: He loves digging and burrowing. He is very friendly but is a bit shy around a lot of people. He loves worms and apples and loves to trample his salads. He loves climbing and when you change up his habitat so that he has new routes and things to explore.
