SCOTUS Decision on Roe V Wade... Who will get to decide what those special circumstances are? To what degree? What if the female has cancer and needs to start chemo to save her life and must abort to receive treatment? What if there is a medical condition where there is a 50% chance of the mother dying verses a 20% chance of death? At what point does the government get to say if you live or die? What people have forgotten is before Roe VS Wade was law that abortions happened. They were done in back rooms and under horrible conditions. If any complications came up the woman was left to die because they did not have the resources to keep her alive. Regardless of personal feelings they will happen. The question now is if they will happen in a clinic or on a kitchen table. Late term abortions are very regulated and in all cases the fetus had already died or will have very little chance of survival outside the womb. If they do they will have debilitating and severe medical issues for what little time they would have. Late term abortions are not used as birth control.
