Northwest Vibes Supply Co. is looking to fill an assistant position, Graphic Design skills a huge plus. We are a small but growing company and are looking for someone to grow within our company. The ideal candidate is eager to take on different roles, learn and help out where help is needed.
This is a part time position (approximately 24-30 hours per week,) with room for more hours if your skillset allows to take on different roles within the company.
Pay: $20 an hour.
Our business hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday but we are able to be fairly flexible with your schedule within reason. We are located in the South Park neighborhood of Seattle.
Position Overview:
• Picking and packing orders for online sales and wholesale fulfillment.
• Answering phone, taking messages when needed.
• Some customer relations when customers visit warehouse.
• Preparing items for manufacturing.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized work area, and adhere to safe work practices.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be punctual, reliable, with great communication skills.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
If you have graphic design experience, this is a huge plus and we may be able to offer more hours and give more work. The graphic design portion of this position would include:
• Graphic design of marketing materials.
• Mock ups and adjustments in Photoshop.
• Helping with social media content and engagement.
• Design skills in Adobe Suite software.
• Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Designing and drafting email campaigns.
