Volunteer at Farming Non-Profit Auction

SnoValley Tilth is seeking volunteers to support a variety of roles at our upcoming upcoming Friends of the Fields Dinner and Auction on Saturday, June 18. Shift times vary, with shifts available between 1:30pm and 11pm. Roles include: Setup (set linens, tables, flatware, display auction items), 1:30pm to 5pm Registration and cashiering, 4pm to 10pm Serving dinner, 4pm to 9pm Raffle selling, 4:15pm to 7:30pm Silent auction support, 4:30pm to 7pm Dessert dash attendee/server, 4:30pm to 8:30pm Live auction sales spotter/recorder/runner, 5:30pm to 9:30pm Close out and clean up, 8pm to 11pm Food and refreshments will be provided for volunteers. We ask that volunteers provide their own transportation and dress in "farm fancy" attire (jeans and a nice shirt are perfectly ok!). Training will be provided for all volunteers, with a training on Thursday, June 9 at 7pm to review details. Proceeds of the auction support programs and services for new and established farms in the Snoqualmie and Snohomish watersheds. Contact us to express interest in volunteering or to learn more!
