FOUND: Wheel Chair Charger in a backpack

I posted about this Friday when I found the back pack. I forgot all about it until this afternoon. I, again, tried to call a couple places based on information I found inside. No progress. When I found it, last Friday, I looked briefly for some kind of contact info. All that I saw was some personal stuff like soap, deodorant, etc.; a pair of sneakers; and a couple garments that look like workout clothes. Also, a letter that contained the info I have tried to follow up on. Now I am at home and not in my car. I didn't notice until now that the back pack is kind of heavy. I realized there is another large compartment on this thing. I unzipped that compartment and inside was a Power Wheelchair Charger! Now I'm very concerned. I've exhausted the leads I had and I have spoken to the Westminster Police Department. They didn't indicate that they had received any report of lost belongings that fit the description of this stuff but, I'm really not sure if they even checked. I can only assume that they will when I drop it off there a bit later this evening. Had I seen this charger earlier, I would have taken it there already. I thought I had found somebodies workout clothes, etc. No big deal but, still wanted to return it if possible. Now I have this mental picture of the bag falling from the back of someone's wheelchair. They have been immobilized because I have their charger! That Sucks! Please help! Please contact me asap if you know who this belongs to, where to return it, OR if you frequent that area and can possibly lead me to someone with a power wheelchair. I would much rather take it to where I know it will get to the owner rather than drop it at the police station and hope for the best
