120' retaining wall taken down put back up

I have a 120' retaining wall made from railroad ties that is leaning. Need to disassemble it, shave back the dirt, then reassemble it leaning the correct way. The reason it failed is that the nails tying the dead men to the wall were too short. Let me know what you would charge
