Laborer Needed for Fence Company ASAP

We are looking for a day laborer to help with the work load we have for some upcoming jobs. This position could be for one day of work, or could turn into a longer term arrangement. Responsibilities: -Excavating post holes (occasionally needs to be done by hand) -Carrying materials from truck to work site. -Removing any debris and waste from the job site as needed/directed. -Removing/Raking dirt from dug post holes along fence line. -Constructing various types of fencing (Wood, Vinyl, Aluminum, Chain Link...) -Loading and Unloading tools and materials. -Marking fence line Requirements: -MUST be able to carry at least 100lbs without restrictions -MUST be able to work in intense heat conditions for extended periods of time without rest. -MUST be able to stand/bend/walk/ and remain on your feet for extended periods of time. -MUST have prior experience in some area of the labor industry (ie construction, roofing, landscaping, masonry, demolition, ect. -MUST have basic knowledge of hand tools. -MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM JOB SITE. JOB SITES ARE LOCATED IN PENNSYLVANIA AND DELAWARE. -MUST have a clean appearance (Tattoos, piercings, facial hair OK) -MUST be able to work with short or little notice (12-24hrs before) -MUST be able to work a fluctuating schedule with no set start or finish time. -MUST be able to show up on time.
