Who Are We? Mover Mentality, and we're a rapidly growing local and long distance moving company in Tampa! We are currently hiring Drivers/Crew Leaders who can bring their own Helper, as the majority of our moves are 2 movers within a truck (meaning you along with your Helper). We are solely looking for hardworking individuals who have professional moving experience, and our pay structure is very competitive within the moving industry. In starting you will average 25+ hours per week, and this will easily grow into full-time positions for the right candidates. Why Work With Us? 1) Drivers receive $18 per hour as the Crew Leader, and customers also tip if you do a good job! 2) Your Helper will receive $15 per hour as the Helper, and customers also tip if they do a good job! 3) With your tips and hourly wage combined, you will easily average $20 - $30 per hour every week! 4) Bonuses for top performers who receive 5 star reviews from customers along with zero damaged items! 5) We pay weekly in the form of a check and/or direct deposit! 6) These are Independent Contractor positions (1099), meaning we do not deduct taxes from your earnings! 7) We do not hold-back your first week of earnings. You will receive your first paycheck within 1 week of starting! 8) Your work schedule will be Monday-Friday with some Saturdays, and never work on Sunday! 9) Opportunities for advancement, an increase in your hourly pay, plus so much more! Job Requirements? 1) Must have 2 years of "verifiable" moving experience, no exceptions. 2) Must have a valid driver's license and experience with driving 26 foot box-trucks. 3) Must be capable of wrapping furniture with moving blankets and loading/unloading trucks. 4) Cannot miss scheduled moves as this will result in immediate termination. 5) Must have a vehicle to report to work and your Helper must report to work with you. 6) You will report to one Tampa area U-Haul location each day to deploy from there to your scheduled move.
