I was hired and hardly ever got tipped out. There is no protocol in place that assures you will get tips. I wound up bein a glorified dishwasher and ony getting like 14.00 in tips. The other bartenders are constantly taking breaks and you get stuck working the service bar while they get the tips. Management doesnt do anyrhing about it. Dayshift doesnt stock for the nightshift. ITS A TERRIBLE PLACE O WORK
