Remove and install weed barrier fabric

Hello. I have a very small gardening patch (about 6' x 2') that is overgrowing with weeds. What I need is for someone to dig up the existing dirt and remove the previous eroded weed barrier fabric, remove any existing weeds, install brand new fabric, and reapply the dirt. You'll need to provide all tools (shovels, barrels for the dirt, and the fabric). I can pay in cash and need this done as soon as possible.
