This top leading HVAC manufacturing company that is employee-owned is looking for a temp-to-hire Warehouse Associate at their manufacturing department. Your tasks will be moving and stacking metal sheets onto crates and helping load and unload trucks with HVAC materials. Once converted you will be able to move into a permanent manufacturing role and become a union member! Warehouse Associate Job Duties: --Assembling wooden crates --Loading/unloading trucks --Stacking sheet metal on crates Benefits: --Medical, Dental, Vision --Pay increase upon conversion --Employee Stock Ownership Plan --Quarterly Profit Bonus Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm Pay: $18.25 (once hired on permanently you will be earning $21.50 at your first-year mark!)
