The Contract House works with the State of FL which is rapidly expanding emergency fuel service company that provides cradle-to-grave fueling solutions.  We support a multitude of federal, state, and local government agencies as well as private sector companies with complete fuel delivery packages of personnel, storage, and fuel dispensing assets.  We have multiple openings for permanent full-time laborers.  Selected candidates will have the opportunity to “deploy” to disaster locations for on-site mission needs. TCH is hiring individuals that are available to deploy and assist in disaster situations with short notice. These are 1099 positions, with a daily pay rate of $500+ depending on skill sets. Hours and shifts are not set, nor do we know when your first deployment will take place. This is all dependent on when a disaster hits and we receive the orders from the State of Florida and FEMA. TCH is hiring Laborers, Deisel Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Operators, CDL drivers with TWIC cards, HAZMAT and TANKER endorsements. The labor, CDL, Mechanic, and Operator positions are deployment opportunities and NOT full-time employment. At this time the only Full-time opportunities are Administrative. This could change and is based off of performance. Travel, meals, and lodging are all paid for. Being these deployments are taking place where a natural disaster has occurred the first two weeks may be hard to find lodging. Individuals deploying need to be ready to make do until lodging is arranged. If you have a camper or travel trailer, we encourage you to bring it along with you. We will have generators to provide you with hook up. If you are able to let others room with you, we will reimburse you with a rental fee. Pay is weekly by direct deposit and runs Sunday - Saturday with payday on Fridays.
