looking for a reliable Part time Handyman to keep up with the upkeep and repairs as needed at the interior or exterior of a local HOA ( homeowners association ) We’ll rely on you to keep the facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. You must be well-organized with general repair skills, self motivated. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. Pay based on experience. This part time position could lead to full time Responsibilities. Perform maintenance and light repairs Perform routine landscaping on the grounds Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.) Undertake light installation or minor carpentry Minor electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs Irrigation repairs Pressure washing ( walkways, pool decks, chair ect. ) Some minor janitorial / custodial work Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. storm clean up) Identify and report the need for major repairs
