Rent A Vet Moving in Raleigh, NC is looking for movers/drivers to join our team. We are located on 1411 Diggs Drive, Suite B. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged and has previous moving/driving experience. Mover Description Lift, carry, and load furniture weighing up to 100 lbs., onto box trucks for transport to and from customer locations, including up and down stairs Deliver and set-up furniture inside customer locations, including but not limited to disassembling and reassembling furniture and equipment Respond to inquiries and requests from customers in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Provide problem solving solutions when necessary Professional Appearance Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Physical ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis and operate moving equipment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and/or with a team, exercise good judgement and sound decision making Qualifications Ability to lift 70+ lbs consistently, without issue High integrity and work ethic Ability to work in a team setting towards a common goal Driver Description Lift, carry, and load furniture weighing up to 100 lbs., onto box trucks for transport to and from customer locations, including up and down stairs Deliver and set-up furniture inside customer locations, including but not limited to disassembling and reassembling furniture and equipment Respond to inquiries and requests from customers in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Provide problem solving solutions when necessary Ability to drive box truck with a lift gate safely to transport furniture, equipment, and supplies Enter Hours of Service Truck inspection Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Physical ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis and operate moving equipment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and/or with a team, exercise good judgement and sound decision making Qualifications Clean driving record - No accidents, tickets or moving violations within 3 years.
