Hello, I am an out of state investor. I am potentially interested in buying two properties in Elkhart. However I need detailed pictures to make sure the condition is okay. Pay is $20 per house This job is a two house job so $40 pay - 15 to 30 pictures will do - Must take pictures of kitchen, bathrooms, HVAC and overall condition of the place - Must have decent camera quality.
