Hi! My name is Isabelle and I’m looking for a part-time childcare job for the summer. I’ve worked as a nanny with kids ages 3 months-9 years for the last 8 years. I’m 26, I’m an artist and holistic esthetician, and I love taking care of kids on the side! My childcare philosophy is influenced by my experience with Waldorf education which takes a holistic approach to educating children and emphasizes creativity and the importance of the natural world. My childcare style is gentle and child-led. I’m creative and engaging — I love to play games, read books, do art projects and spend lots of time outside. I’m also happy to help out with light housework, meal prep and errands. I have a safe and reliable car and would be happy to take kids on adventures — swimming, short hikes, the children’s museum, visiting the farmers market etc - there are endless possibilities in Vermont in the summertime! I’m looking for a consistent schedule, (ideally around 20 hrs/week but can be flexible), from now through early October (also flexible). My rate is $22-25, depending on the situation. I’m CPR certified and I can provide references from past families I’ve nannied for.
