Full Time Entry Level Construction Laborer SummerPlace Homes Inc in Vancouver, is looking for a self motivated individual who is not afraid to show us what he can do to make a positive contribution to our team. We will train you. Job duties include, but are not limited to: *Clean construction sites of debris and trash. *Assist the Jobsite Assistant Superintendent in managing our quality control process and Trade Partner accountability. *Complete checklist items for quality control and jobsite cleanliness in a complete and timely fashion. * Use typical hand and power tools. * Make a positive contribution to the jobsite crew in a teamwork environment. *Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Ability to perform physical labor. *Ability to follow instructions, learn and apply new knowledge. * Good communication skills. *Solid work ethic and the commitment to do whatever it takes to get the job done. * Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
