Under sink plumbing fix needed

Hi, we put in a new countertop, and had to add an extender because it was higher. But that disrupted this pipe, which seems to have some tears in it. Let me know here ideas for fixing it. We're in downtown Royal Oak. Give me a shout if you can get this done this afternoon, and quote price. I'll buy the parts. Thanks, Dave
