Local Property Management company seeking full time maintenance technician/handyman. The right person will be self-motivated, have their own tools, have their own reliable transportation, be able to pass a background screening and a drug screening. This person should be able to perform a variety of tasks and accurately complete them in a timely manner. Skills that are desired are minor plumbing, minor electrical, painting, sheet rock work, carpentry, and flooring. Any licensing, hvac experience or roofing experience is a plus!
