Month to month lease, 12 ft ceilings, all rooms on first floor, gated parking lot, alarm system, camera system, WiFi, and a smoking courtyard. The building opens at 9 am every day, weekdays closes at 10:30 pm and midnight on weekends. Not for living in and no bands/musicians.
