HELP Wanted - Retired or Semi-Retired Estate Sale - Prep and Sales Primarily Garage and Patio - Clean, Setup and Price Each Project typically lasts two weeks and most are located within 15 miles of the "Dallas High Five" intersection (LBJ Fwy and Hwy 75). Strongly prefer someone who lives within this area (Dallas, Richadson, Garland & Plano). If you enjoy project work that includes cleaning, de-cluttering, fixing, pricing, sorting, stagging and creatively organizing items to support team selling in residential settings, send an email or text with a brief summary of your background. This is project work - we typically start our workday at 10:00 am and work until about 6:00 pm during the week and it could involve working most Saturdays. Two Weeks on and then One week Off is typical then it will repeat again. Activities / Tasks May Include: Bagging, Boxing, Cleaning, De-Cluttering, Dragging, Furniture Moving, Labeling, Lifting, Look-ups, Lugging, Organizing, Moving, Packing, Pricing, Re-Stagging, Sorting, Staging, Sweeping, Trash, Vacuuming and Unpacking. Must be able to use phone for pricing and look ups. Knowledge of antiques, retro, mid-century modern, and vintage items (furniture, and smalls) along with tools, yard and garden items will be extremely helpful. Knowing how to lift (especially furniture) is also extremely important. Must be reasonably comfortable lifting or moving 20LB to 40LB bags, boxes, moving furniture items and hauling trash bags and. moving furniture during prep, and sale. Of course: the work involves lots of bending, lifting, moving, sitting, standing, stooping and walking. Must like variety - as all locations and items are very different.
