A young family is looking for an energetic, keen, and dedicated new member to join household! They have 3 girls (12, 10 & 7), and a dog, and will be moving into their new home in Dallas in early August. Location: Preston Hollow, Dallas, TX. No travel required Hours: 20-25 hours per week. Days are TBC, but 3 days a week spread over the week, e.g. Monday, Thursday, Saturday, or Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, etc. House: 9,000 sq. ft. Staff: Full-time Family Assistant Start Date: From August 14th (ideally earlier) The Housekeeper is expected to perform all housekeeping duties throughout the house: -Tidying all rooms, and ensuring items are neatly stored -Looking after the outside of the property, sweeping leaves (nothing more) -Water plants on the property -Arrange professional cleaning of furniture -Order cleaning supplies as needed -Ideal if they like to cook -Laundry for the family – mostly for the machine, a few delicates -Arranging dry cleaning as needed -Greeting guests and vendors -Working with the family assistant to make sure everything is working in the home Successful Candidates will: -Love working with children and dogs -Be hardworking and flexible -Happy and upbeat -Be reliable and a team-player with other staff members -See this as a long term role Candidates Must: -Speak English well -Ideal if Spanish is first or second language -Have a clean valid Driver’s License, with own car to travel to and from work -Legally able to work within the United States -Have worked in a similar role -Be happy to be vaccinated -Have excellent references from both current and previous employers -Happy to have a background check run (criminal & driver), positions will only be given to candidates with a clean record -Happy to sign a confidentiality agreement and non-disclosure agreement before starting work with the family.
