Flowback Supervisor

As a flowback supervisor, you will be a part of a field crew that will install, operate, and monitor equipment on oil/gas well pads in the tri-state area. You will complete an introductory safety orientation the first week of employment. Once orientation is completed, you will be on 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off rotation schedule. During your four weeks on, you will be working 12.5 hours a day on dayshift or nightshift. If the field location is more than 1 hour commute, a hotel room will be provided. *Sign on bonus - up to $5000* JOB DUTIES: - Installation of all flowback equipment - Understand and operate all flowback equipment - Monitor and record specific well data -Perform routine maintenance on field equipment - Promote and follow Company safety culture -Operate heavy equipment such as a forklift and manlift JOB REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years flowback supervisor experience - must have supervisor experience in working with 3 and 4 phase high pressure test units - must have supervisor experience with multi-well flowback, SIMOP operations, dual drillouts -Have a permanent residence in PA, WV, or OH -Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record -Must have reliable transportation -Complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing -Complete pre-employment DOT physical -Capable of working dayshift or nightshift -Working in adverse weather conditions -Lifting at least 90lbs, frequently during shift -Work up to 4 weeks away from home during rotation BENEFITS: -Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance -401(K) plan -Life insurance -Rotation schedule -Defined career path -Job advancement opportunities -Competitive wages -Per diem -Travel time
