9-year-old drummer looking for like-minded kids to play pop punk

My son going into the 4th grade plays the drums for hours each day and he is looking for kids around his age to jam with. He's fairly competent behind the kit so he would need musicians of similar caliber (he's not just looking to make noise). Although I must be very selective of the songs I allow him to listen to, he loves Blink 182, Green Day and New Found Glory.
