Job Description: Order Processors are responsible for filling and shipping orders in an accurate, timely, safe and cost-effective manner that fully meets the Outdoor Gear and customer requirements. The job involves locating and picking items from warehouse shelving and floor stacks of product, then packing those items into shipping cartons to be sent to the customer. In addition to Order Processing the position requires assisting in general warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to: unloading inbound product from our factories with a 2-wheel hand cart, loading outbound pallets, loading 2-wheel cart stacks for larger orders, and assisting with other general tasks as needed, including inventory counting, cleaning and maintenance, re-tagging/re-stocking merchandise, etc. Job Requirements: •Ability to read and follow instructions, labels, numbers and packing slips correctly •Count and compare numbers quickly and accurately •Work efficiently and cooperatively with co-workers and suppliers •Ensure deadlines are met through teamwork and collaboration •Walk / Stand / Work for 8-10 hours per day on concrete flooring while pushing 2-wheel carts or 4-wheel carts loaded with merchandise. •Frequently bend, reach, and lift boxes •Regularly lift up to 50 lbs., assist others when weight exceeds 50 lbs. •Lift / Pull shipping cartons from warehouse racking •Pack and move shipping cartons that may weigh between 20 – 45 lbs. •Be safe, timely, self-motivated, and positive •Previous warehouse experience preferred Compensation: •Competitive hourly wage with opportunities for overtime •Incredible benefits package including: •100% Employer Paid Health Insurance for Employee •401K/Profit Sharing Plan •10 Paid Holidays Annually •Competitive Paid Time Off Policy •A Business with over 20 years of success •Fun, casual, safe, fast paced environment
