Mills/Trenter & Associates, Inc. specializes in the construction of athletic surfaces and courts. Resilient flooring, hardwood flooring, turf, racquetball courts, pickleball courts, squash courts; the list goes on. If you are skilled in any of these fields, we want you on our team. We need people that can pass a background check to work on Federal projects (prevailing wage applies). We need people who are willing to travel when necessary; we cover transportation, meal money and lodging. A good attitude, transportation, PPE, the ability to work well with others and your own hand tools are a must. Upper body strength is required and a certain degree of toughness is helpful. Overtime is typical but not promised. Medical insurance plan is available. Starting pay is based on experience. What you ultimately earn is based on your performance.
