Work Schedule: 1st shift is Mon-Fri 6am-2pm or 2nd shift is Mon-Thurs 2pm-12am Company Description: Woodley’s Fine Furniture, Inc. is a family owned, furniture manufacturer and retailer with headquarters in Longmont and 6 retail locations along the Colorado front-range from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. Position Summary: The Factory Associate works at our Factory in Longmont where our Woodley Brother’s brand furniture is manufactured. Responsibilities and Duties: • Follow directions given • Check quality of parts • Inventory control of parts received • Keep area clean and make sure work area is safe • Help others in the team when needed • Alert manager of safety issues and follow safety protocols • Follow company policies and procedures Experience/Qualifications: • Ability to work with others in a team environment • Ability to develop knowledge of our product lines • Ability to develop the knowledge to use computer system to access jobs/orders • Prior experience in assembly or ability to learn We currently have openings in our Mill Shop, Bench shop, and Stain & Lacquer, and Final Assembly for first or second shift.
