Looking to immediately hire 2 full time maintenance men for mobile home park. Please apply in person at 4005 West Bobe St or call 850-898-6244 We pay every week. Monday through Friday with 40 hours work week.
Qualifications are as follows:
1. Own transportation and hand tools.
2. Carpentry
3. General Maintenance, from installing blinds, swapping out window air conditioners, stoves and refrigerators, light plumbing and electrical but nothing major. No Hvac, appliance repairs or lawn care, we have professionals to handle these tasks.
4. Remodeling vacant mobile homes
