ISO: bassists and multi-instrumentalists for Doom Metal/Psych band

We are looking for a seasoned bass player for our newly formed doom metal band. All of us our multi-instrumental musicians, so our ideal candidate would be someone who can switch up playing bass with drums, guitar, samplers and synth or vocals. So far we have two established guitarists, and a solid drummer. We’re all seasoned musicians as well (20+ years each). If you’re strictly a bassist, that’s absolutely fine too. We don’t want to be another cookie cutter metal band - so a love of experimenting and open-mindedness is a huge plus. We want to create our own sound, however some of our influences include: Electric Wizard, Black Sabbath (of course), Acid King, QOTSA, Mark Lanegan, early Opeth, Weedeater, Comets on Fire, Sleep, Uncle Acid, 60’s and 70’s garage and psychedelia, Windhand, King Woman, High on Fire, Flower Travellin ’ Band, Boris, Shocking Blue, Mötörhead, Alice In Chains, Blue Öyster Cult, Pentagram, post-rock, Godspeed! You Black Emperor, Thin Lizzy, and so on and so forth. We like a broad variety of music. We typically practice at Rivington studios and occasionally a little spot in Manhattan as well.
