I have a beautiful heterochromia eyed border collie that needs a good ACTIVE home. He was born July 5th 2021, kennel trained, loves to play fetch, and do puzzle treats. He is a love bug with anxiety. I need to re-home him since he doesn't do well with other pets/kids/strangers. If not stimulated/exercised enough he tends to stare at my cat nonstop to where it started stressing out my cat. He also plays well with my other dog and child but is territorial and easily jealous where he bares his teeth. No real physical aggression has ever been observed! He does not like strangers even during walks but hasn't bitten anyone. More of a flight mentality. He is up to date with all vaccines. Will provide records. No rehoming fee but I want to be assured he will be going to a home he NEEDS. Serval interactions will be required for him to adjust.
