Need help rehoming my 4yrs old cat

Hello. Just moved to the area but it’s really sad that I have to give away one of my cat as my management will not allow more cats in my apartment. Please help if you have any info of who or where I can take him. He’s very sweet and cuddly. He’s up to date with shots and he is fixed. Thanks!
