Are you an experienced cleaner who currently or has worked for companies such as molly maids, merry maids, maidpro etc or have you worked for hotels and resorts that pay low wage just enough to barely get by? Have you cleaned hospitals schools, experience as a nurse or home health care aid that involves cleaning after patients? If you are looking for a change then keep reading. We are a family-owned company that believes in treating our employees fairly and paying top dollar for phenomenal service! We are a residential and commercial cleaning company. In addition we also serve as a property and vacation rental management company. Realtors, property owners, investors and home owners are constantly reaching out to service them because they absolutely want to deal with the best in the business. Because of that high demand we are currently seeking new cleaners to come on board and join as we are expanding throughout Florida.    Company Requirements -Must speak clear English!! -Have a reliable vehicle to get to each job site. -Have a flexible schedule as we are open 7 days  -Have your own cleaning supplies broom,mop,vacuum, rags,paper towels, glass cleaner, oven cleaner, floor cleaner etc -Have a good work ethic, good attitude and reliability -Be willing to go back out to a job site if the client is not satisfied with your work -Give 110% into your cleaning every time -Have experience cleaning walls, windows, baseboards fans, blinds etc  We pay much more then the average cleaning company averaging over 18/20$ an hour and we do pay same day!  Once hired on we do go through a 2 week probationary period to get feedback from clients on how well your cleanings are being completed. After probation is over we can decide to keep you on full time or if this is not the right company for you moving forward. If your hired on full time you will be moved to company payroll where you will receive weekly pay every Friday direct deposit to your bank and will be a 1099 independence Contractor. In addition you will also be required to get liability insurance which can be purchased through our insurance provider for only 30$ a month. Please understand were only looking for cleaners who are self sufficient, do not have to be micro managed and are looking to get compensate extremely well!  Were looking for serious applicants only!!!
