Electrician Needed - Garbage Disposal & Outlet

Hi, I need 2 outlets put in our kitchen. 1 Outlet will be used for our garbage disposal that we recently put in. We will also need a switch under the cabinet to turn on/off the garbage disposal 1 Outlet in a cabinet for a microwave. There is already a large hole in the wall so you can access it easily. See picture Our crawl space is huge and you can walk under it standing up to access the electrical panel Please provide me with a quote. Must be certified and insured. The last quote I received was $400 but they are on vacation for the next two weeks and need it done sooner.
