small breed pup for rehoming

Hello everyone! Unfortunately I need to find a home for my boyfriend’s family dog. She is the sweetest girl ever and deserves a forever home that loves her like she deserves. His family got her for Christmas last year.. short story they cannot take care of her anymore. Her name is Bean! We call her Beanie! Please read all the below before contacting me- She is about a year old chihuahua mix. We are guessing she is mixed with some dachshund and maybe some bulldog or corgi. She came to me with little socialization so while I’ve had her we have been working on that. She has been going to work with me at doggie daycare and has been good with the other dogs, hasn’t played with them and tends to keep to herself but doesn’t seem to mind them out all. She has been staying with my two big dogs and has done well getting into a routine with them. We have brought her to the beach a few times and she has done well but will alert bark momentarily if someone approaches us. She does pull on the leash because it is still new to her so she will need some work on that, so far the harness has helped a ton! She loves to play tug a war and loves human affection more than anything. She is your typical lap dog if you want her to be. Since she hasn’t been well socialized she may need some time to warm up to people/ new environment but once she knows your okay she will not leave your side! Bean is up to date on vaccines and is spayed. She will be rehomed for $250 to insure her safety and make sure someone can actually afford her. A vet reference and home check are required (will allow video call, etc due to covid) Bean would do best in a home with a fenced yard since she loves to be outside. Will make an exception for the right home. She will literally hangout outside all day because her past owners tended to keep her out there. She loves to be outside. Bean is cat friendly, dog friendly and would do okay in a home with children as well. Bean has shown no signs of resource guarding over toys or food.
