Gridtech, LLC is hiring for a Drill Crew Team Members! No experience needed! All training will be provided as needed. Pay rate will depend on experience. If you have the experience to start as an operator - Fantastic! If not, we're willing to get you the skills you need! Primary responsibilities include navigating, maneuvering, and driving heavy equipment for underground utility construction and running a crew of three to four people assisting in your drill operations. In your job duties you will - -Run machine and communicate via headset and hand signals to the locator -Pothole all utilities that will either be paralleled or crossed during the bore shot. -Have the ability to drill in both standard and high-risk areas, such as areas with live utilities -Perform maintenance hole entry using assigned equipment and safety devices -Pull cable through underground conduit Ideal candidate will be an effective team leader and good communicator. Job Type: Full-time, year round, outside Pay: $20-$35 per hour depending on experience plus footage bonuses Job offers a 401k retirement plan. Currently working in the Florence, KY area but the jobsite will move every month or so. Generally, we will be working in Northern KY as well as central to the northern parts of Cincinnati.
