Renovation Assistant Wanted

Finishing up a large-scale renovation of a 1910s home. Looking for an assistant available 5 days a week (M-F, some flexibility) to help with: painting, finish carpentry & trim, light electrical and possibly landscaping and masonry. Okay to learn some on the job, but you need to have good mechanical sense and some experience. I'll work with you much of the time, but need to be able to work independently. This gig will last approximately 2 months and would be good steady work. Pay is $1000/week. Please have: your own transportation, (some of) your own tools, and be comfortable texting. Include in your response your experience and any questions. A few photos of your work would be great. Background check will be required, so explain anything I'll find.
