The Liberty Group- Housekeeper Professional, energetic, and dynamic individual needed to perform general janitorial and housekeeping activities at apartment community. Responsibilities: Performs day-to-day activities to ensure a clean, and safe environment for the residents of the community. Including but not limited to: • Cleaning of the lobbies and all common areas (sweeping, vacuuming, window washing etc.) • Cleaning common area bathrooms, locker rooms and kitchen areas • Gather and empty trash from trash chutes and trash containers, as needed • Clean, polish, dust furniture, fixtures, mirrors, walls, machines and equipment • Clean grounds of debris and trash • Performs cleaning tasks necessary to prepare residences for move-in and report any problems/needed repairs to Supervisor • Monitors daily activity and report needed property repairs and maintenance to supervisor • Demonstrates safe and proper use of chemical/cleaning solutions • Maintains appropriate level of confidentiality in all business and resident interactions. • Provides hospitality experience to all residents.
