Milgard Windows & Doors is seeking Warehouse/Production Workers to join our team in Tacoma, WA ($22/hour Starting Base + $1.50-$2/hour Swing + Graveyard Shift Differential) Onsite Interviews Being Held on Tuesday, June 14th.   When: Tuesday, June 14th Times: 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM Interview Location:    Please Note: If you are unable to schedule your interview on Tuesday, June 14th, please email.   Milgard Windows & Doors is seeking Warehouse/Production Workers to join our team in Tacoma, WA.  As a Warehouse/Production Worker, you will have the opportunity to play an integral role in a variety of production, shipping and warehousing job tasks for the leading window manufacturer in the Western United States. If you are looking for a fast paced, environment, then this could be the perfect role for you! The Warehouse/Production Worker is responsible for a multitude of functions within the department. Some key functions include: Support product build and assembly processes with accuracy and efficiency with the use of standard work instructions. Focus on the quality and timely delivery of completed tasks to achieve customer satisfaction. Demonstrate Milgard’s Core Values in all business interactions. Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment.   We Offer: Competitive pay and benefits including medical, dental, and tuition reimbursement along with vacation, holidays, and 401k matching! $22/hour Starting Base + $1.50-$2/hour for Swing or Grave shifts  Increasing pay compensation corresponding to higher position levels  Shift Times: 1st Shift starts between 5 AM - 6:00 AM. Swing Shift starts between 2:00 PM -  3:30 PM. Graveyard Shift Opportunity starts at 10:00 PM  Requirements: Viable candidates will possess 1 -2 years of prior work experience.  Heavy lifting is required. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role Physical Requirements: Working in the warehouse does require prolonged standing, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling - as well as hand dexterity and strength. May be required to frequently lift up to 75 pounds. Work is performed in a warehouse facility with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions.
