Production Associate Needed for Assembly AC Folding Gates, a national leader in folding gate manufacturing, has an immediate opening for a motivated individual who wants to join our team. Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required. We will train in the specifics for each production job. We are looking for team members to fill full-time, permanent positions. Our production staff works a modified workweek schedule, which means our team members enjoy a three-day weekend every other week! Job Duties-Production Assembly Cut, punch & deburr metal parts Assemble gate sections using pneumatic tools Examine completed products for quality and defects Prepare finished products for painting Assist with packaging for shipping Maintain clean workstation Follow instructions and safety protocols Starting Pay- $18-$19 per hour, depending on work history and experience. Wage increases and full-benefits are offered after probationary period is met. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must have be able to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch Should be familiar with basic hand tools Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to work independently without constant supervision. Must be able to get along and work well with other team members. Physical requirements-must be able to reach overhead, bend, kneel and be able to climb a ladder. Team members are expected to perform repetitive tasks and work standing for most of the day. Must be available to work Monday-Thursday from 6 AM to 3:30 PM, Fridays from 6 AM to 2:30 PM with every other Friday off. To take advantage of this opportunity, please apply in person.
