Position available for production department supervisor. Company: Produces Asian cold and dry foods. Duties: Supervise workers on production line, use computer. Supervisor responsibilities include: -Managing workflow. -Training new hires. -Creating and managing team schedules. -Reporting to HR and senior management. -Evaluating performance and providing feedback. -Identifying and applying career advancement opportunities. -Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes. Requirements: Bilingual (English and Spanish). Being able to use a computer, the basics of excel. Salary: $18 to $21 depending on experience Location: Santa Fe Springs Hours: Monday to Saturday 3pm-11:30pm Call us (562) 863-8013
